THRIVE TIME was born out of the concern that many people are merely existing in life when God ordained for us to live with purpose. 

Our goal is to propel you from surviving to thriving: Mind, Body & Spirit.


 It is necessary for you to practice self-care on a regular basis so that you can be fully present for your loved ones, fully present to manage your responsibilities and fully present to enjoy life.


“Those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed” (Proverb 11:25). This is a promise from God but it is also a process that we can participate in with God. Be intentional about taking time to THRIVE.
